## How buying works

1. Sign in with Discord, then link your Minecraft account from your profile. Everything you buy goes to that account.
2. Top up your balance with Marks, the store's currency. Marks stay on your balance until you spend them.
3. Pick an item and press Buy. Items marked Giftable can go to another player instead.
4. The Marks come off your balance and the item goes to your Minecraft account. Your purchases are listed in your profile.

### Topping up

1. Pay through Buy Me a Coffee in dollars or euros. 1 USD gives 40 Marks, and 1 EUR gives 44.
2. Enter your in-game nickname as the supporter name, exactly as it is in the game. Payments are matched by that name, not by the note.
3. The Marks are added to your balance as soon as the payment comes through.

Paid, but no Marks? [Open a ticket in our Discord](https://discord.com/invite/jc7GSxBWgb) under Payment / Donation Issue, and say which name you paid under and how much.
