Help
Link your Minecraft account
Linking connects your website account to your character in game. You need it to buy in the store and to claim the daily bonus. On Discord it gives you the Verified role, your pathway's role and its pathway-only channels.
- Sign in on this site with Discord and open your profile.
- Press Generate Code. The code has 8 characters and lasts 10 minutes. A new code replaces the old one.
- Join the server and type
/verify <code>. Typing/verifyon its own opens a guide to what linking gives you, with a button to paste the code. - Discord sends you a message when it works, and your profile stops offering a code.
Accounts without an official licence
Offline accounts register once with /register <password> <password>, then use /login <password> each time they join. Official accounts skip this. Linking is optional for both.
If it doesn't work
- No Generate Code button
- Your account is already linked. The button only shows until you link.
- The code was rejected
- It expired or a newer code replaced it. Generate a fresh one and use it within 10 minutes.
- You changed your Minecraft name
- Your progress in game is safe, but the site keeps the name you linked with and can't change it. Open a ticket in the Account category and staff will unlink you so you can link again. Until then, store deliveries and top-ups use your old name.
- Wrong or taken account
- A Minecraft account can be linked to one website account only. If the wrong one is linked, or yours is already taken, open a ticket in the Account category.
- Java and Bedrock
- To play one character on both, link your Java and Bedrock accounts through GeyserMC first, then link that account here. Separate accounts that aren't linked count as alts.
Top up your balance
The store sells in Marks, and you buy Marks through Buy Me a Coffee. 1 USD buys 40 Marks and 1 EUR buys 44.
- Sign in and link your Minecraft account first. Payments are matched to the name you linked.
- Press your balance at the top of the site, then Top Up Balance.
- On Buy Me a Coffee, put your in-game nickname in the name field, exactly as it is in game. The message isn't used to find you.
- Pay the amount you want on your balance. The Marks are added automatically once the payment goes through.
On the Ukrainian version of the site the button opens Donatello instead, with your nickname already filled in.
If the Marks don't arrive
A name that doesn't match an account gets nothing, and staff are alerted. Open a ticket in the Payment / Donation Issue category with the name you paid under, the amount, the currency and the time. The owner checks it and adds the Marks by hand.
Changed your Minecraft name? Pay under the name you linked with until staff relink you.
Events and schedule
Most events run on a fixed weekly timetable in Kyiv time. The server announces them in chat before they begin.
- Bedwars
- Every 5 hours, if at least 40 players are online. Warnings come 60, 30 and 10 minutes before. Type
/bedwarsto see when the next one is. Rewards are capped at 8 bundles a day. - Cosmos Incursion
- Wednesday and Friday at 20:00 and Sunday at 17:00, Kyiv time, if at least 15 players are online. It lasts 30 minutes. Hold a beacon or fight in a zone to earn Beyonder Marks. Log out in a fight and your body stays behind, where it can still be killed.
- Extraction zones
- Every day at 18:00 and 21:00 Kyiv time, for 90 minutes. Fill your pack with Marks at a site, then hold still at an exit to keep them.
- Rift bosses
- Every day at 18:00 and 21:00 Kyiv time, announced 15 minutes ahead. Everyone nearby fights the boss for 30 minutes.
- Daily Tides
- One modifier a day, on a weekly rotation of seven.
/coi tide calendarshows the next 14 days. - Staff events
- Build competitions, tournaments, quizzes and treasure hunts are announced in #announcements on Discord, each with its own rules. Event shops close on the date given there.
Epochs
An epoch is one run of the world. When it ends, the server wipes. The map and all player progress start over, and website links are cleared, so everyone links again.
Epoch I ended on May 8, 2026. Epoch II, the current one, opened on May 16, 2026.
Epoch III is being prepared, and no start date has been announced. Wipes don't follow a fixed calendar, so watch #announcements on Discord.
Little carries over. Prizes that do say so when they're given. Last time, Server Slam rewards and a reward for Uniqueness holders carried into Epoch II.
Support, reports and appeals
Support runs through tickets on our Discord server. Questions about how the game works are often answered faster in the guide or on the wiki.
- Join the Mysterria Discord.
- Open #create-ticket, or #створити-заявку for help in Ukrainian.
- Pick the category that fits and describe what happened. Add names and times, with screenshots if you have them.
Which category to pick
- Gameplay question or issue
- Help with something in game.
- Bug
- Something in the game or on the site is broken.
- Account
- A new Minecraft name, a wrong link or another account problem.
- Payment / Donation Issue
- Marks that didn't arrive, or another payment problem.
- Ban appeal
- You think a ban should be lifted or shortened.
- Staff report
- A complaint about a member of staff. It goes to the owner.
- Other
- Anything else.
Appeal a ban or a mute
Punishments are counted in warnings, and each warning expires 6 months after it's given. Reaching 8 active warnings means a permanent ban from the server and Discord, and expiry doesn't undo it.
- Open a ticket. For a ban, choose Ban appeal.
- Say what you were punished for and when, and why it should change.
- An admin who wasn't involved reviews it and can reduce or lift your warnings. Reductions and unbans are posted publicly, and the decision is final.
Lost items
Items are restored only after a confirmed server fault, such as a crash or a void bug. Open a ticket with the time and what you lost.

COI Client
An optional Fabric mod made for Mysterria. It adds a Beyonder interface with ability hotkeys and ritual visuals, and everything in the game still works without it. Its latest build is for 26.2.
